As a People Support Manager, PSM, at Harmons I manage all aspects of HR at the store level.
- Manage employee relations issues professionally, resolving conflicts efficiently while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain accurate HR records in compliance with applicable laws, ensuring efficient data retrieval when required.
- Conduct thorough internal investigations, addressing employee and management concerns with fairness and transparency.
- Manage benefits administration, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely processing of claims, maintaining 100% enrollment during my time in this position
- Motivate employees and managers through special events, incentive programs, and constructive feedback.
- Facilitated successful policy implementation and enforcement to maintain legal and operational compliance.
- Determine eligibility of programs such as FMLA, Parental Leave, and Bereavement Pay.
- Manage full cycle of employment including recruiting top talent, holding interviews, hiring, onboarding, and teaching orientation
- Prepare reports for Store Director including Pay Class compliance, Raise Reviews, Yearly Growth Plan, and other performance trackers.
- Become proficient in many different sales departments and step in to help when needed.
