Certified Nurse Assistant/ Onsite Manager responsible for scheduling client Dr. appointments ordering client medication,providing transportation / assistance to appointment, ensuring proper documentation and charting of information, order and purchasing food and supplies for assigned work site, and scheduling. Other duties  included preserving client dignity while assisting with assisting with various tasks.

Duties included responding to call light, grooming and dressing residents, assisting with meals, cleaning resident rooms/bed making, transferring residents, checking and charting resident vitals, and assisting with other duties and activities essential for daily living assigned by nurse.
