My name is Shanteria Square and I have been excelling in the food industry for 11 years. I believe in spreading kindness and love through service, and "food is the way to people hearts". I treat people with respect and always make sure to offer an inclusive environment. I would best describe myself as selfless, caring, and reliable.

I am highly motivated with a background in retail sales, I am skilled in customer service as well as product knowledge. I have demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through effective communication, and an understanding of customer’s needs. Known for my problem-solving abilities, and genuine care for others has created positive shopping experiences that have increased customer loyalty overall. Using innovation, I have improved store layout for better product visibility, and accessibility, leading to smoother customer flow and increased satisfaction. Overall, I find I make an exceptional asset to any team.

• Lady Tigers basketball team, Number 40 on the court, biggest cheerleader on the bench. Win or lose made sure to cheer the team on.
• Truman Buddies, After school activity, got to be a part of a group who helped special needs boys and girls with arts and crafts and school dances and different fun activities.
