Eberls Claim Service is a group of Independent Adjusters who assist other Insurance companies with both Auto and Fire claim handling in times of catastrophe work or regular work direction. I was employed as a manager of Auto adjusters who mostly handled Auto Catastrophe claims anywhere in the United States.
While employed at State Farm Insurance, I developed what is now their computer based total loss unit. This was accomplished in 2004 after handling paper files for Hurricane Katrina. While this unit has had many changes, the original concept is still in place.
