- I started at Trulieve Sarasota as a part-time driver as I was in a band that was doing some touring and couldn't work FT. Adapted to pandemic conditions by transitioning to full-time employment at the dispensary. Maximized efficiency in delivery operations through previous experience driving for Amazon.
- Facilitated the transition of Osprey location into a successful delivery hub after Sarasota location ended delivery services. Expanded delivery coverage to include regions from Parrish to Boca Grande, enhancing service reach.
- Over the last 7 years I have gained experience in all aspects of the dispensary, checking people in through the Waitly app, checking recs in MMUR, dispensing manually, processing returns for destruction, helping with inventory counts etc.
- I handle filling online orders for both pickup and delivery. We used to have to dispense all milligrams and flower by weight manually. On delivery they had to be set up as "will be dispensed" in MMUR, then dispensed on the road, but now the cash register software uses "bio track" to manually dispense.
- I set up and maximize our delivery routes for efficiency in Onfleet software and sometimes drive, sometimes go to the door. DOH compliance requires 2 people on all deliveries, and one person to remain in the vehicle at all times.
- I work mostly opening shifts and help the team get ready for business in the mornings, prepare daily sales flyers etc. The job has become much easier over the years with automatic dispensation, but sometimes the cash register software or bio-track will go down and we still have to check recs manually on the MMUR page and write everything down to dispense when the system goes back up.
- I managed a "headshop" for 15 years before medical marijuana was legal, and have flawless cash handling skills. My register is always spot-on.
- In 7 years at Trulieve I have only called off once, due to getting Covid, and am never late.
- I regularly train and mentor new DA's and have excellent people skills for the dispensary. We have an older demographic here and patients often will wait for me to help them as they trust my knowledge more than some of the younger people.

- This was a local "headshop" owned by my friend Michael Preston who is now deceased. It was just us and usually one other PT time employee. I assisted in stocking the store, opening, sales/running register, and even blew glass in the shop. I stopped working there and started blowing glass in my home shop and touring with my band.
