Ardent Family Services provides monitored visitation for non custodial parents who are currently involved in court matters regarding CPS (Child Protective Services), criminal court and family court matters that involve child custody.

As the Co Director I am responsible for policy creation, implementation, training and adherence. The policies are created from the guidelines and requests from the Judicial Council Of California, Child Protective Servies, the various court jurisdictions and the Family Court judges and the various attorneys representing the clients. Services are provided to clients from the court's directions that include length of visits, limitations of interactions and other case specific regulations.

Additional duties as Co Director include:

1. Training and overseeing the training of new employees to ensure compliance with the job requirements.

2. Monitoring visits as they are occurring to assist other Monitors.

3. Review of the reports that are completed by Monitors.

  • As the Pre Load Supervisor my scheduled included the Saturday air shipments picked up from the airport, brought to the UPS center then dispatched out to the customer. I built the route to optimize the delivery driver's time, fuel usage and wear an tear on the vehicle. I scanned in the packages to confirm the delivery to my location from the receiving center at the airport then created the delivery schedule. At the end of the day I entered each non delivered item into the system to recorded the non delivery, to record their location as being at the UPS center and reentered them into the system to be derived the following delivery day. I then secured items as requited due to value based on a valuation from the shipper or receiver.
  • As the Pre Load Supervisor I trained new employees on the safe handling methods of loading the package delivery vehicle.
