My day began with organizing tasks by reviewing emails and addressing issues at the Crosby branch. I prioritized maintaining relationships with established customers through phone calls and personal visits, often bringing gifts and inviting them to meals to ensure their satisfaction. Each day, I drove through my territory to monitor signs of new construction and general contractor trailers, logging these observations into my iPad to track their progress toward breaking ground. Once a general contractor was on-site, I would visit them with treats, calendars, and catalogs, discussing their equipment needs for the project. If a company did not have an account, I made it a point to facilitate their registration that same day. Additionally, I monitored any equipment sent to my territory to confirm it was registered under my name. Although I am eligible for rehire, I regrettably left the company due to personal challenges related to infertility and my desire to expand my family.

Leasing activities encompass marketing efforts, enhancing value for the apartment community, and facilitating apartment home renewals. This includes managing the office, showcasing units, providing coffee, updating websites, and preparing Monday reports via email. Additionally, weekly tasks involve inspecting units and the marina, as well as handling leasing inquiries and phone calls.
