Dispensed both control and non-control medications while accurately verifying dose and strength. The majority of my dispensing was done in the narc cage.
Knowledge of Omnicare's DX operating system. I am able to do NDC changes,submit refills,investigate patient profiles to figure out any issues that may occur, printing daily orders and cycle labels and adding new NDC's into the system. As well as tote and manifesting the meds for delivery.
Well versed in operating different types of robots such as the ALV and MTS. I replenish the ALV to avoid any meds running out and sort the cards packed by the MTS.
Experienced in the inventory department maintaining the "order up to levels" and having the responsibility of ordering the shelf medications daily, making sure to keep a balance and returning any overstock back to outside vendors as needed.
Maintained the hand pack and pre pack daily, ordered and staged the medications to be packed when levels were getting low.
Created documents using Excel such as the weekly pre pack list and Overage reports.
Maintaining records such as invoices from outside vendors and manifests for the controlled medications. As well as recording all hand-packed medications and their quantities.
Responsible for maintaining the hazardous waste and changing out the boxes to be picked up for disposal. As well as sending back damaged or expired medications to Inmar through CFRX.
Called facilities to clarify any questions or give ETA's for medications on backorder and their availability.
Experience in staging E-kits for delivery and replenishing the E-kits in the narcotics cage
