• Work with American Airlines labor groups, both APA, APFA, chief pilots, inflight, and the director of flight, to monitor and maintain the hours and minutes for our nearly 40,000 crew members.
• Developed team communications and information for Crew Compensation meetings.
• Negotiated agreements between employees to clarify misunderstood directions, and resolve conflicts affecting performance.
• Lead meetings with our team and additional workgroups.
• Assist in training the new hire analyst.

• Ensure that pilots and flight attendants are accurately compensated for their current month's activities. Crew Compensation prepares the current month's hours and minutes for submission to Payroll for payment.
• Meet with and discuss activity from the crew with their current managers in Flight and Flight Service.

• Monitors flight progress using Crew Watch, LOFDS, and Screen Printer.
• Maintains and controls system-wide coverage on all flights through coordination with IOC personnel, including pilot and flight attendant scheduling.
• Modifies existing sequences and creates new crew sequences to maintain schedule operations affected by misconnections, illegalities, flight cancellations, and irregular operations.
• Communicate with crew members using the ACARS and Baker Phone System.
• Assists Crew Schedule operational employees, when necessary.
