Working at this diner has really stepped up my service game, only because I really had to become more independent, use time management skills, and multitask.

• Greet all customers who come in, and welcome them to sit wherever is available, and wipe the table if needed. Provide guests with menus, utensils, and napkins.
• Provided excellent customer service to ensure that my customers in my section are fully taken care of.
• Run food for my tables, my coworkers, and drop all toast for my orders and to-go orders.
• Take to-go orders, bag orders, and make sure customers have everything in the bag: utensils, syrup, jelly, etc.
• Pre-bus tables for easy cleanup later, fully bus tables by taking dishes to the bus tub.
• Satisfied customers by topping off drinks and offering condiments, napkins and other items.

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a timely manner, paying specific attention to customers' likes and dislikes, and building a relationship with the customer during their time dining in.
