Overseeing all operations including but not limited to, hiring, scheduling, inventory, updating websites and social media, cooking, expoing, bartending, serving, resolving guest complaints, ensuring the establishment remains clean and safe for staff and guests, event coordination, financial management, curating food and drink menus, and communicating with vendors.

Operating a machine that sorts, folds and inserts documents into envelopes which are then stamped and piled. Adjusting the machine for each specific order. Troubleshooting and repairing any issues within the machine.
