- Work with borrowers to submit proper documents for a loss mitigation workout within a timely manner
- Provide acknowledgment letters to borrowers for all incoming loss mitigation packages that are received
- Notating each account with the type of request received and uploading all documents to the system. Mail final modification agreements to the borrower
- Communicating closely with the foreclose team to ensure a loss mit hold is placed on the account while the loan is being reviewed for a loss mit workout
- Manage the mediations email box by responding to all emails within 24 hours. Set up mediation meeting invites that require a Statebridge representative to be in attendance and providing representative contact information
- Manage the DMM portal for loss mitigation and mediations in bankruptcy by responding to all requests and setting up accounts related to loss mitigation as needed
- Uploading FHA documents signed by the borrower to sci and mailing them out to Ruth Ruhl for recording
