Summary

I have always wanted to work for Chelan County PUD, but my years at Stemilt were good to me. Now, I feel this is a good time in my life to make a move for a new career in customer service at the PUD. My years of customer service have proven I am the right person for the job. I have mentored and trained many customer service representatives over the years. I received the MVP Sales award for my outstanding work in 2024 for customer service. In every aspect of my job, I have worked with billing customers and vendors, either collecting, resolving debits or credits, and posting invoices. Also serve as vice president on Edgewater board of directors working on high water or electric bills and work with homeowners to resolve the issues. I have worked on several computer programs, over 25 years of Oracle improvising and training. Worked on Power BI less than six months. Trained on SAP for a year, in which Stemilt decided to not move forward with this program and looking in to Oracle Cloud.

Accomplishments

  • Implemented a new program at Stemilt called the "Fast Track' program to develop individuals who show potential and develop their careers within the company. I trained and mentored several people through the program to higher paying positions.
