I have worked for CNI for almost 32 years. We are a Aerospace Company who delivers wire harnesses to the war fighter. I have spent the last 16 years in Management and had about 70 employees under my care at one time. I have been involved in many programs such as Bell helicopter, Boeing 747, Javelin, and F16 just to name a few. I run day to day operations and organize workflow for 22 employees while working with other departments in order to meet customer expectations while improving processes. I direct and coach employees on becoming a better employee / person and to set goals in their life to make it better. I'm hard working and reliable person who has successfully managed multiple employees. i have a positive attitude and always look for the good in every situation and person and have a willingness to learn on what i don't know. I believe in making a positive difference in ones life and where i lack in education, i have experience in dealing with people and their issues on a daily basis for the last 16 years while in management at CNI.
