Fulfilling orders, interacting with customers, and providing high-quality customer service, my skills developed a step further than I thought they could while working with HEB. Leading with a heart for people, HEB installed a true sense of passion for kindness and efficiency, while giving the best experience for our patrons.

• Prepping vegan and gluten free meals while also jumping up to cashier, working at Tough Cookie redefined my customer service skills in addition to learning new things at the same time
• Training and excelling in basic barista practices, I learned to multitask on another level than I had before
• Though my time was cut short due to a physical injury, I am a better restaurant employee because of it

• With ages from 7-11, I have had the privilege of getting to teach young students the fundamentals and basic skills of theatre
• Coordinating with the executive director, corresponding with parents, this job has improved upon my previous experience and taken it to a higher level

• For a little over a year, I had the pleasure to choreograph the following shows: Matilda Jr, Music Man, Seussical Jr, and Willy Wonka - which have won multiple awards from Broadway World Austin

• From taking orders (online, in person, through the phone), interacting with customers, restocking shelves, and helping teammates, this fast paced job was challenging and provided constant opportunities to grow in customer service skills
