My responsibilities were to assist Patients to help them select the perfect frame for them and take their measurements and any additional add ons that they ask for. I did prior authorizations for several eye drops and other medications. Inventory of the frames twice daily. Worked in the lab cutting lens. Confirm and made appointments. I helped Patients with putting contacts in and taking them out. I worked with several insurances to see qualifications for each patient.
