Provide support to Residential Solar and Commercial Solar Sales and Design departments in regards to sales strategy, pricing, and technical support for 5M - 9M in project revenue annually.

• Responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue, margin, and KPI targets
• Maintain high level of empathy, integrity, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client interactions
• New product development: vetting, pricing, and onboarding / training processes for new product and revenue streams
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams
• Effectively manage vendor and distributor relationships
• Take continuous goal-oriented approaches to securing new projects and achieving business objectives
• Oversee branding and advertising strategies to ensure a consistent and impactful market presence
• Develop and optimize referral network tools to drive client acquisition and retention
• Create and maintain internal marketing tools and communications to align teams and support organizational goals
• Lead generation efforts to build a strong sales pipeline, effectively maintained a 40% + close ratio over the last 3 years.
• Coordinate and manage marketing consultants to execute marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently

• (Volunteer Position) Provide guidance and approval of 1-year and 3-year plans.
• Provide CEO support and accountability.
• Review/vote on new memberships, approve dividends.
• Ensure that decisions are made based on reliable information and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Responsible for overseeing the quality of sales and design work to ensure exceptional client outcomes
• Manage lead generation platforms to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities
• Ensure residential, storage, and commercial departments are equipped with the technical tools and knowledge needed to meet their targets efficiently
• Maintain and optimize Zoho CRM, pricing, and proposal tools
• Stay updated on industry product offerings to align with market trends
• Provide training to the sales team, offer IT support, and contribute directly to solar sales and design efforts

• Responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through education, clear communication, and setting realistic expectations
• Maintain a strong understanding of current market conditions, including competitor strategies and solar industry trends
• Handle leads responsibly, while generating new opportunities through referrals and self-generation
• Meet or exceed annual sales and revenue goals of 1.5M +
