· Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous and professional manner
· Use decision making skills to provide best solutions when customer face issues with their products.
· Reviewed and made changes to customers information on account, such as updating address and income.
· Provide information about Discover cards and benefits.
· Take payments and calculate charges/bills for customers
· Review and explain statement concern with customers
· Help customers to ensure their information and money is safe after concerns of card being lost or stolen
· Provide credit refund to customers who faced hardships and were unable to pay their bill on time
