  • Company Overview: Empereon is a third party company that services cable entities with customer service reps.
  • Over 120 inbound phone calls as a billing associate. Dial tone would also initiate callbacks if requested or needed.
  • Multi task with actively taking payment, responding to emails, request to complete actions outside of billing or payments such as restoral of service, submit request or schedule technician appointments, provide full billing audit and provide payment options, assisted with down grade of service.
  • After working this position actively for 3 months I was promoted to a lead position continuing to assist spark light. My current duties consist of actively taking role & following up with associates regarding adherence, respond to emails to complete actions based off of client needs, take live sup calls to provide white glove service or attempt to de escalate customer calls in order to keep accounts active, live audits, coaching and responding to associates via teams for assistance during the full shift. Associates will request further assistance if they have any questions or actively needing to speak with a supervisor, submit tickets when associates are actively having service issues.
