In this repeating summer internship role, the candidate works in a medical setting and uses skills to ensure patient satisfaction. Some key skills in this role include learning how to deal with difficult situations calmly, efficiently, and timely.

The candidate worked with children under eight years old in many tasks, including hosting birthday parties, assisting with the customer experience, and extensive cleaning. While in this role, much customer training was learned and skills used to manage tasks efficiently and individually.

This role was used in a key way to learn customer service skills while multitasking at the same time. Longer shifts allowed for the enhancement of time management for the candidate while also increasing endurance for longer shifts.
