Support engineering tasks include designing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, and assembling prototype electro-mechanical systems, as well as experimental specialized test equipment.

Conduct experiments and tests, carry out mechanical and laser alignment, and optimize the magneto-optical signal. Measure the magnetic properties of new products for analysis.

Assist in magnetic measurements of media samples for the Sputter Engineer to characterize and support the creation of standards for all magnetic measurement equipment.

• Collaborate with Engineering to coordinate the Manufacturing associate staff in implementing Sputter in-line processes and equipment. This encompasses the monitoring and troubleshooting of process and equipment issues, in addition to offering comprehensive support to engineers in material characterization, line trial qualification, and experimental procedures.
  Coordinated material organization and collaborated with all departments involved in the system cleanup to minimize unnecessary downtime.
  I led the start-up and test mode, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and controlled limits, before transitioning the process to full production. I also generated and maintained experimental data, reports, and technical documentation utilizing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
