• Perform duties as a quality coordinator of the laboratory, including management of unplanned events and planned deviations, revision and review of SOP’s and forms, completion of quality indicators/ performance improvement program reports for the stem cell laboratory and report the data to Quality Management Committee.
• Lead a PDCA project for Apheresis and Stem Cell Laboratory.
