A for-profit local restaurant in central Chicago. During the pandemic in addition to service, accomplished building face-shields for hospital workers, murals for community inclusion, and featured in CBS for front-line hero work. Front of house and service headed with opening/closing duties. Helped to monitor revenue and establish profit-goals, while also assisting with various back of house duties.

In charge of lighting cues, software, sound-checks, and back of house operations for a Chicago venue. Occasionally ran visuals (VJ), screen design, and assisted with sound for live performances as necessary. Met software requirements with an extremely high learning curve.
