- Came Up with daily class schedules and curriculums for employees to follow teaching. Set and enforced rules and regulations for employees and children to follow.
- Hired and supervised training of over 12 employees every year.
- Trained employees on how to work with children who are neurodivergent and special needs.

Personal reaserch and reading on geosciences, painting, hiking, and piano.
When I have free time I enjoy reading scientific books that involve crystalline structures, hydrology, chemistry, geoscience, and minerals. With this knowledge I enjoy going on hikes and finding specimens along the trials, with enjoying the exercise and views of hiking to find minerals. On the other side I enjoy the arts specifically digital art and painting. Along with taking piano classes and teaching myself to read sheet music
