Description : In this project, I am tasked with supporting and reviewing URL content for our Anti-Phishing initiative. Conducting thorough checks on URLs, cross-referencing with registered company names, email IDs, domain names, and IP addresses. Our goal is to ensure that website content adheres to company policies and terms, providing users with a 100% genuine browsing experience, free from phishing content on browsing platforms like Google and Mozilla.
Maintaining our quality standards at 100%, I actively contributed to enhancing the user interface and identified opportunities for improving overall business efficiency.

Responsibilities for Anti-Phishing Initiative:

• Investigate fraud and monitor URL content for phishing prevention.
• Adhere to SLAs and TAT, handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Manage day-to-day operations, responding to escalations.
• Conduct training sessions for workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives.
• Generate business intelligence reports for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze data to assess business trends.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency.

Project #1 : Trust & Safety - YouTube(YT) API

Description : As a YouTube Data API specialist, I facilitate seamless integration of YouTube features into applications, enabling tasks like video uploads, playlist and subscription management, and channel settings updates. I utilize the APIs Explorer for testing both unauthorized and authorized requests, offering insights into API interactions. The Quota Calculator helps manage resource usage effectively, demonstrating the impact of different requests on quotas. This empowers developers to enhance their applications with YouTube's diverse features, ensuring greater functionality and interactivity.

Responsibilities for YouTube Data API Integration:

• Review YT-API quota request forms and allocate resources.
• Provide educational resources on YouTube's policies.
• Offer guidance and troubleshooting via email communication.
• Monitor API usage patterns for policy adherence.
