Upon hiring I worked along side highly trained baristas who taught me the fundamentals and skills it takes to craft multiple types of coffee. Peets Coffee Freedom Point is a high volume store, therefore I have been trained to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality of beverage. I have been trained to use manual and automatic espresso bars as well as various coffee and tea brewers. For me, making coffee was a way for me to help others before being able to do so in the medical field.

Working in a sandwich shop taught me quality of service when handling and preparing food for guests. I was able to learn the value of hard work and great customer service. Due to the high volume of this store I improved upon my time management and quickness of service. I highly value customer satisfaction.
