- Independently provide records for Fed/Civ and Intelligence Agency background investigations relating to Secret and Top Secret security clearances.
- Produced multi-source intelligence reports and products for the following contracts - Unicycle, Excalibur, Sherlock, Raspberry Beret, Mojave, GAO, Twice, CBP.
- Document information and submit detailed reports.
- Screen and interpret all-source intelligence information.
- Conduct thorough review of all records and report all findings in accordance with agency standards and translate them to written reports.
- Maintain exceptional quality and attention to detail on all reports and communications submitted. Review and revise all reports of investigations to ensure quality.
- Work independently, yet also work closely with team members, Review, and Field Investigators to improve quality of background investigations.
- Maintain multiple database systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review each case to ensure all leads assigned to myself are within scope and guidelines, and also schedule additional leads as discovered in investigation.
- Assign, re-assign, cancel, and change case leads in computer database as required.
- Independently perform research and draw conclusions.
- Ensure all reports submitted are in correct investigative formatting requirements.
- Review all reports submitted for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all reports and summaries are delivery date compliant.
- Prioritize providing guidance where noteworthy or derogatory information is developed.
- Monitor all pending cases/leads to ensure information can be obtained by customer delivery date.
- Cross trained in the assignments division, wherein, I was tasked with ensuring scoping for each case was correct and assigning leads to Investigators as necessary.
