I work remotely with 4 primary care offices. I am in charge of scheduling for multiple physicians / entering in referral request/ refill request hospitalization apts.

• Provide Medicare information to our beneficiaries who are eligible for Medicare, find a Medicare plan that meets the needs along with aiding them with the enrollment process
• Meeting sales quota monthly, along with following the Medicare guidelines and compliance laws.

• Responsible for achieving sales plan for all sales including copy and print, as well as technology and subscriptions
• Assist in the day-to-day operations as well as work with the general manager to develop overall store strategies and tactics
• Key duties include training employees as well as motivating and inspire employees along with coaching, and appropriate feedback.

• Responsible for the revenue growth and customer retention as part of a business-to-business integrated sales model
• Conducted calibration calls three times a week to ensure call flow, policy and procedures were followed
• Met and exceeded all department requirements, by maintaining a save rate 50% - 90% above center average
• Generated positive net adds that resulted in 500% to goal in add on sales
• Improved month to month site retention metric by 8– 12 percent via “Directional Sales” refresher modules.
