  • Opened property under Liberty Group Hotels ownership/management. Successfully transitioned to new ownership/management in July 2021. Currently owned by Noble Investment and managed by McKibbon Hospitality.
  • Overseeing all department heads, 60-70 employees, revenue management, sales & marketing efforts, and the overall success of the hotel as measured by financial performance, employee satisfaction, and positive SALT scores.
  • Overseeing the attached Starbucks as a certified Corporate Starbucks Manager
  • Oversaw all aspects of opening a unique dual branded hotel including construction, project management, budgeting, human resources, and brand compliance
  • Led on site human resources processes including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training for 60-70 employees
  • Analyze market data, local trends, and sales efforts to develop pricing strategy and financial planning
  • Led coordination efforts between construction, architecture, FF&E installers, the Corporate Office, and Hilton
  • Worked along side Hilton to enhance brand standards for the dual branded concept.

  • Owned by Excel Group. Experienced 3 management company changes during my tenure gaining valuable exposure with OTO Development, Real Hospitality Group, and Island Hospitality.
  • Work directly with revenue manager and sales in GRO and R & I to develop profitable strategies and increase RevPAR index in a difficult market.
  • Work with Sales team to increase community involvement in order to improve client list.
  • Implemented innovative programs to increase employee loyalty and reduce turnover.
  • Actively engage in all aspects of the hotel daily business including guest relations, employee relations, training, and Quality Assurance Improvement Planning.

  • Tasked forced at hotels all over Michigan, Indiana, and Florida. Assisted in opening of Home2 Suites Downtown Indianapolis (adaptive reuse) as well as a Springhill Suites Indiana.
  • Promoted in 2014 to AGM of Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater Central
  • Assistant General Manager in overall operations of hotel while working on Task Force Assignments.
