Manage and direct the activities of assigned branches. Responsible for profitability and performance of assigned branch offices, business development within the area, credit and collection administration.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Control and direct the lending and collection activities of assigned branches to ensure established goals and objectives are met or exceeded and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

Direct the sales activities within assigned area.
Review approved applications requiring supervision review prior to a loan being made.

Review collection activities in assigned branches to ensure branch managers' compliance
