Insure the branch is operated in an efficient, cost effective and compliant manner.

Maintain high measurable job skills amount branch staff on all branch operating systems.

Provide technical support to branches on operating systems, including training on updates and enhancements.

Manage the total teller and item processing function.

Manage the internal controls for the branch.

Responsible for branch security.

Cross sell and refer bank services.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Work closely with the Loan Officer and the customer from the start of the loan process to the closing of the loan.

Assist the loan officer in keeping all operation and documentation requirements current.
