Supported students with special needs in educational settings as a special education paraprofessional. Assisted teachers as a special education inclusion aide for two years. Facilitated 4th-grade reading and social studies instruction as a classroom paraprofessional.

In addition to my educational experience, I have more than 12 years of experience working with the City Council in Whiteface, Texas, which has strengthened my skills in communication, organization, record keeping, and public service.

Facilitated professional grant development training at University of NM to enhance funding acquisition skills. Led participation in City Hall Essentials municipal law seminar to deepen understanding of legal frameworks. Oversaw training in critical areas such as open records, open meetings, social media ordinance drafting, liability issues, firearms regulations at city facilities, signage laws, and economic development strategies.
