    El Teatro Rodante Hispanico Dance Company 2014-2023

    • Dance Teacher- teaching kids ages 4-18 folk, fusion and cultural dances. This company provided a community and safe space where kids felt open to express themselves while learning about their latin roots. My responsibilities included creating a safe, open, learning space in the class, creating chorography, organizing appropriate music playlist for the appropriate ages, leading and modeling healthy and professional behavior with students, staff and parents. I assisted and par took in the organization of many community service shows, parades and events that promoted hispanic heritage.
    • Student Teacher- I assisted the dance teacher with remembering the choreography, ensured safety, ensured bully-free setting, answered questions, translated for parents during meetings and helped set up and take down decorations and props used for dances or events.
