I am on the board for a non-profit called One Community.  One Community is based out of South Whitley, IN.  One Community was founded in 2014 to create an opportunity for building strong relationships within the senior community. They provide meals for the seniors every Tuesday- dine in and to go.  Since then, they have expanded to impact all age groups. They are involved in mentoring at the school, and providing meals and activities in the summer time.  Their focus is on bridging generational gaps and bringing the community together while providing resources to their neighbors in need.  I am very proud to be apart of this group, especially being in the small town I live in.
