• Partner with the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) to guide strategic decisions and maintain a culture of excellence.
• Engage corporate sponsors as business partners with our agents and with the company to expand business opportunities and mutual growth.

National & International Speaker, Author, and Ministry Founder

• Deliver biblical teaching to audiences of 50–10,000+ at conferences, churches, and events across the U.S. and internationally.
• Founder, Amplify Women’s Collective – Mentor pastors, directors, and volunteer leaders who serve women in ministry by providing spiritual guidance, prayer, communication and marketing strategies, fundraising support, program design, and practical coaching for building and sustaining volunteer teams.
• Founder, She Leads Ministries – Equip women leaders to discover their purpose and calling, develop ministry strategies, and share their testimonies through one-on-one and group mentoring. Over 700 women have graduated from Leadership Academy and Marriage Bootcamp courses.
