Accomplishments

I am a decorated military veteran with an honorable discharge from the United States Coast Guard.

While employed at Parrish Medical Center, I was thrust into the interim Patient Registration Supervisor's position, as the top 3 leaders within the department vacated their positions due either to seeking employment at other facilities or due to retirement.

While in this position, I led our team through an exhausting computer conversion while at the same time maintaining department integrity.

I pride myself on being a critical thinker and because of this ability, I was able to accomplish such things as increase upfront payment collections in the Emergency Department.
