Lead and manage a beverage manufacturer and distribution company, overseeing every aspect of both businesses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Directly manage and lead Ska's E-Team comprised of our Sales and Marketing Director, Production Manager, Distribution Manager, HR Manager, Taproom and Retail General Manager, and our Controller.
• De facto CFO as I directly manage our accounting team and maintain the P&L and shoulder Ska's fiscal responsibilities.
• Oversee all manufacturing and production processes of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, continually working to optimize them focusing on quality, safety, and labor efficiencies.
• Wrote proposals and were awarded grants for two sustainability projects, totaling over $600,000
• Write and execute annual budgets for both of our companies, and provide ongoing financial analysis to our board of directors, which consists of three founders and myself.
• Negotiate raw material and equipment contracts, and develop relationships with all of our supply chain partners.
• Represent Ska Brewing at multiple industry conferences and events.

Helped an exciting, award winning brewery plan for growth, expansion, and success

Independent contract work with breweries and companies providing guidance, ranging from technical brewing issues, to equipment purchases, to general company structures and future planning. “Helping good people make good beer.”

Helped grow a small 4 person, $500K company into a well renowned $30+MM company of over 180 employees.

Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and production, including, but not limited to:

• Managed construction of a state of the art $30MM facility in 2015. Procured over $10MM in equipment from multiple european suppliers, traveling extensively in Germany and Italy.
• Directly managed over 80 employees, and oversaw the management of the entire company of 180+ employees.
• Supervised and guided the Human Resources department, establishing a well known culture of team, family, and safety.
• Provided management guidance to the other departments outside of my direct supervision, including providing management training meetings.

Responsible for all production and management of a small regional brewery.

• Performed all aspects of production at an award winning production brewery and pub.
• Responsible for training of all production staff.
• Lived the dream of skiing, climbing, and brewing beer in Jackson Hole!

Responsible for the oversight and management of all packaging operations at a mid-sized brewery. A very fun first job in the industry.
