Other accomplishments include the layout, assembly and testing of several Nema 12 pneumatic panels per customer schematic. These panels consisted of multiple ISO 1 valves, regulators, sub-bases, fittings, tubing and also electrical wiring. These were used by the customer to control pneumatic cylinders on a conveyor system. Building of hydraulic power units per customer specifications & schematics.

  • Responsibilities included disassembly/assembly of ac motors. Time was critical and sense of urgency was part of grooming from prior employment. This, along with a positive attitude, helped me accel. Performed requested job duties in such a way that management approached me after 6 months of employment & indicated I would be seeing substantial increase in compensation that would be retroactive from day 1
  • Failure analysis, parts prepping, painting, balancing, electrical testing and final testing I did what tasks were required to complete job in a professional way.
  • Completing all paperwork & pictures to support.
  • Field service work to include pm's along with motor change outs. This was new turf for me. Most of what was done, was learn on the fly on your own. Sometimes it didn't quite go as planned but we always managed to stay the course.

  • Was primary internal liaison between shop and customer. Worked directly with department heads to ensure production times where in alignment, along with communicating customer needs and expectations

I prided myself in being very proactive. It was my priority to update & over communicate with customers in such a way that confidence and trust was built & maintained.
  • Responsible for building quotes on repaired & new motors. I was a key player in driving profitability & setting margins based on the market. Was directing new motor sales, margins & training, for 3 locations and approximately 6 inside sales representatives.
  • Key player in driving/scheduling production and profit margins. Managed logistics regarding pick-up and delivery of new & repaired motors. Lowered overtime hours by approximately 60% by communicating/consolidating deliveries with customers along with utilizing other automation division locations that were also servicing customer base.

We had one of the highest percentage rates of shared responsibilities company wide
  • Responsible for maintaining profitability along with monitoring expenses. Making sure inventory types and levels aligned with market requirements. We had largest inventory company wide at a time when Corporate was downsizing inventories. Our turns were some of the highest in the company along with profits.
