Other accomplishments include the layout, assembly and testing of several Nema 12 pneumatic panels per customer schematic. These panels consisted of multiple ISO 1 valves, regulators, sub-bases, fittings, tubing and also electrical wiring. These were used by the customer to control pneumatic cylinders on a conveyor system. Building of hydraulic power units per customer specifications & schematics.
Responsible for disassembly/assembly of ac/dc motors and various rotating equipment.
Failure analysis along with various mechanical inspections.
Providing necessary documents to support findings.
Various onsite field work to include pm's, motor change outs/repairs, field balancing.
