Since 2022 I have been running my own business. Started training and raising horses and mules, and branched out doing contract work for local water utility companies. Repairing and installing water lines and ground maintenance jobs. Various other contract jobs throughout including property management and cleanup. Other contract jobs have included mechanic work on vehicles as well as equipment.

Another branch of S&K Farms has been operating a wood working shop. Since July of 2025 along with co-owner/ wife Kathy Davis building various types of wood crafts.

During my time at Dolet Hills Lignite Co. my tasks included. Service and repair of all mobile machine equipment. From executing regular scheduled maintenance to major troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures. Including engine, transmission, hydraulic, electrical, drivetrain, brake systems, and air conditioning.

At numerous times throughout my time at Dolet I filled the role of Temporary Maintenance Supervisor. Tasked with managing crew work assignments, requisitioning and tracking parts to insure timely repairs. Conducted team safety briefings insuring all MSHA and OSHA guidelines was followed, maintaining a safe work environment.
