• Ensure participation of the company’s employees in annual and quarterly PCSP and/or IEP meetings.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of members in compliance with the Arizona Department of Economic Security - Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES-DDD) and the Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS) Licensure. Provide all aspects of supervision through verbal and written administrative guidance to the Direct Service Provider.
• Advocate for members to ensure their best interests are foremost in all decisions and actions directly affecting their lives.

• Maintain and update complete, accurate, and current information in confidential files in accordance with DES-DDD licensure and Tungland Corporation administrative policies monitoring all medical needs of individuals and ensuring all doctors’ appointments are completed on time for 75 individuals.
• Evaluating and ensuring residents of 25 group homes are receiving the services listed in their ISP/Person-centered service plan and are effective for the individuals residing in the group home. Ensuring all relevant medical documents are placed properly in the individuals’ files.
• Ensuring that any physical interventions used on individuals adhere to their PCSPs and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
• Regularly providing training to group home staff to ensure all employees advocate for individuals and families for their best interest in all decisions and actions affecting members' lives.
• Every year two Monitoring audits are conducted by DDD for all group homes for health and safety and on other parameters. We have always received 98% to 100% ratings on all parameters.
• Reviews and investigates critical incidents impacting the safety and welfare of members, facilitates the implementation of corrective action, and ensures external reports are made and corrective action is taken, as necessary.
• Provide all aspects of supervision through verbal and written administrative guidance to employees.
