• Managing the team, organize daily call with team, weekly status report preparation and presentation to the management
• Responsible to support and Enhancement of Veeva CRM modules
• Understanding business requirements and translating these into technical solutions
• Coordinated with multiple business owners from geographically distributed teams for successful development, testing and deployment.

Recent Projects :

Project 1 : VEEVA CRM

PforceRx and USSFA are Veeva CRM applications developed on Salesforce sales cloud for a US pharmacy leader Pfizer Inc. covering markets EMEA,APAC and US

• Provides support and Enhancement of Veeva CRM modules like E-Permission/ Consent capture, MCCP, Business Plans, Segmentation, User management, RTE/CLM, Sample management, Order management, Pricing rules and Commercial policy.
• Integrated salesforce with sharepoint to get sharepoint files accessible in salesforce.
• Experienced in SOQL Queries, Approval Process, Workflow and Process builder. permission sets, Sharing Rules, Public Groups, Organization Wide Defaults and Role Hierarchies, tools like Data Loader & workbench.

Project 2 : Data Archival (Integration of Salesforce to Oracle Using IICS)

Recently Completed data archival of three Veeva CRMs to Oracle db using Informatica IICS tool. Created and configured Connections for both source(Salesforce ) and target(Oracle) in IICS informatica tool , created replication Jobs, used Bulk Load API to transfer the data.

• End to end implemented a project using C#, MVC and SQL
• Complete tasks from gathering requirements, designs, approvals, implementations, deployments and testing etc.

• Worked on Laboratory information management system (LIMS) using C#, .Net and MS SQL
• User training was provided post development.
