  • Manage state and federally appropriated 4.4 million dollar budget distributed to sites through a competitive bid.
  • Crafted Request for Proposals for potential contract bidders to provide PAT home-based parenting services in Oklahoma and developed a scoring system coordinating with key partners to identify and determine statewide recipients of a five-year contract, ensuring a transparent and effective selection process.
  • Managed financial operations, including processing invoices, implementing budget revisions, overseeing budget management, and developing and maintaining comprehensive financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate with several internal and external partners the to ensure services are provided to families without delay or interruption.
  • Conceptualized, prepared, and distributed annual reports detailing demographic characteristics of families, health-related outcomes, and success stories to the Oklahoma Commission for Children and Youth, the State Capitol, and the Governor’s Office, in accordance with the Child Abuse Prevention Act.
