Supervises permanent full-time trainers overseeing their development and implementation of curriculum and training projects for the Child Welfare Training contract.

Supervises training coordinators.

Recruits, develops, and supervises contract and occasional employee trainers for the Child Welfare Training contract.

Trains professionals, including child welfare specialists, who work with children, youth, and families to support state and national initiatives.

Designs and develops curriculum, workshops, online training, and other learning opportunities to support state and national initiatives. This includes both the solo development of curriculum as well as leading teams in the development of curriculum.
