Susan Meazell

• I am a member of the triage nurse team for a busy OG/gyn multi practitioner practice. I primarily take care of two providers and jump in to help with others as needed. I field calls and portal messages from patients regarding health questions and concerns, evaluate their needs and use established clinical protocols to guide their care. I notify patients of lab results, refill medications and assist with patient care in the clinic. I follow up on patients as needed and provide ongoing support for a variety of women's health issues to our patients.

At Central Family Practice I was the sole RN for a four practitioner practice. I handled all the triage phone calls and portal messages, notified patients of lab results and provider recommendations, refilled medications and assisted in clinic as needed. I followed up on all ongoing patient cases as needed and provided resources for ongoing care. I built strong meaningful relationships with the patients, the providers and staff members to deliver high quality compassionate health care to a wide variety of age groups.
