While I enjoyed the job; I felt it was time to move on. I needed to focus time on helping my parents. I am looking for something to do to provide extra income but with a flexible schedule.

- Oversee the Establishment and Enforcement of court ordered Child Support orders. This involved establishing paternity either thru voluntary signing or dna testing, calculating support amounts, negotiation between parties, filing court documents, appearing in court to establish an order either thru mediation, hearing or default. Enforcing orders adminstratively thru wage withholding, tax intercpet or voluntary payment and also taking parties to court for payment of arrears. Writing court orders, researching court orders. Preparing and working reports for the Child Support State Office. Writing job descriptions and budgets for the department. Working in the ACTS (child support system) to use the proper forms to establish and enforce the child support orders and enter orders. Daily tasks assigned in this system. Worked closely with other departments such as the Sheriff's Dept, Clerk of Court, Judge's office, and employment agencies. Periodically work with the State office on legal issues or discussion of distribution of money.
