  • Currently, in my Executive Assistant role, I support Fabrice Lebourgeois, David Bidmead, Jeanne Marie Vahdat, and Stacey Regan.
  • This role has afforded me the opportunity to learn multiple platforms giving me a better understanding of the brokerage side of our business and how we service clients.
  • Manage extremely dynamic calendars, pivoting to accommodate last minute requests/demands and arranging extensive global and domestic travel.
  • Coordinate executive schedules for two complex annual meetings (RIMS and CIAB) involving multiple presenters and high numbers of attendees.
  • Liaise with CE's and SRO's setting up calls and meetings with Global clients. This also includes overseas meetings and travel requirements as needed.
