Started in new loan setup, additional responsibilities added, manually processed the MIP payment through FHAC until we were able to utilize a mortgage system to automatically pay; approved and processed tax payments; decisioned insurance payments; managed loss drafts; and essentially managed our escrow processes until I was promoted to Escrow Manager in 2014. I currently manage an average of 20 employees, and oversee all Servicing Escrow Workflow.
Full care for a quadriplegic, transportation around Vegas for Elderly persons who could not drive themselves, full care of an elderly couple until they passed on in Oct 2011. At this time I took college courses, maintained a GPA of 3.6, went through the nursing program, and managed 100% care of my six children.

Started a cold calling call center in credit repair, government grants and Google listing advantages. Assisted employees in learning credit repair, grant, and listing processes and how to explain them to our customers. Spent countless hours going over advertising, call volume, expense reports, IT management, and dealing with our phone capacities in Centennial. This business essentially moved to St. George and most of our calling was done through an affiliated call center.
Processed streamline refinances. First month part time closed 17 loans, averaged 34 loans per month until the refinance boom ended and was laid off.
I began in production assembly, continued in assembly and moved into Quality Control and assembled product. For the last year I worked in Direct Sales managing the Sheplers, Wal-Mart, and sales distribution accounts. I also assisted in assembly on custom orders and created new marketing strategies.
