As a Patient Care Technician in P7 Telemetry & Thoracic Cardiovascular Unit it is my duty to provide direct, hands-on patient care under the supervision of a nurse, assisting with daily living, clinical tasks, and emotional support. Some duties include monitoring vital signs, helping with hygiene and comfort, measuring chest tubes, removing IV's, Glucose checks and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Utilized strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and promote product offerings. Provided excellent customer service and resolved inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

• As a hospital service tech, it is my duty to make sure that our specialized beds are delivered to the right wound care patients, make sure the beds are properly working, and also make sure we have all required equipment on site. Make sure the patients name, birthday, room number, and equipment numbers are correct and entered into the system correctly. Assist nurses with switching wound care patients on the correct bedding.

• As a Home Health Aide it was my responsibility to provide assistance to a dementia client in the comfort her own home with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and housekeeping, check vital signs and sitter.

• Answer Incoming Calls from At&t customers also help with Upgrading, Billing Inquiry, Sales, and Any Current Promotions That's Going On. Utilized strong communication skills to build relationships with clients.

• As a traffic control specialist, It's my duty to make sure all pedestrians are safely getting to their destinations and also making sure traffic is handled properly in the Downtown area.

• Answer incoming calls from T-Mobile customers and also help with Upgrading, Billing Inquiry, Sales and any current promotions that's Going On. Helped teams with performance goals and train new hires for the position.

• Managed cash transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Assisted with seating and taking orders at a busy restaurant. Greeted customers in a friendly and professional manner.
