Since February 1st, 2022, I became the supervisor of the registration team, patient navigator team and financial counselor team at 5 Northside Hospital Based clinics. I am responsible for interviewing new applicants, maintaining staffed areas, managing payroll, performance evaluations, and training new team members.
August 6, 2020-January 30, 2022, I worked in the Talent Department at Lakeland Regional. I started as a Talent Service Center Representative and my main responsibility was processing FMLA, reviewing and approving medical/personal leaves of absences. I then transitioned to Talent Acquisitions as a coordinator to the recruitment team and my main duties were to screen all potential new hires and ensure they had all legal documents and signatures properly coded prior to orientation.
