- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the interior design selection process including scheduling appointments, conducting orientations, and personally assisting buyers with the selection of flooring, cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical, home technology and more.
- I also worked closely with design studio manager and purchasing department on studio inventory and displays, creating PowerPoint presentation of options catalog, and assisted in training new associates.
- Constantly achieved all benchmarks in sales percentages, customer satisfaction surveys and completion timelines.

- Assisted buyers with all aspects of custom home building including coordinating structural changes with the architect, electrical plan modifications and all interior finishes including flooring, cabinetry, plumbing and custom trim details. Included detailed data entry, diagrams, and continuous follow through until closing.
- The central design studio serviced several luxury communities throughout Naples, Fort Myers and Sarasota, demanding an exceptional level of customer service, organizational skills, attention to details and current knowledge of building procedures and design trend.

- Primary role as on site Design Consultant for a production builder in a premier Naples, Florida golf community. As the sole design representative on site, I provided all aspects of the design studio customer experience including model tours, scheduling appointments, personal in studio selections, and all customer follow up through closing.
- Assisted the off site Regional Studio Manager with showroom inventory, displays and daily up keep.
- When the community was close to closing out and the market slowed down, I obtained my Florida Real Estate license to assist the Sales Agent and cover any gaps in staffing.
